Role
Who you are
- 3+ years experience in the areas below:
- Managing the production of high performing content for social media channels
- Experience casting, recruiting and managing influencers, content creators and acting talent
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, their native content creation tools and trends
- Experience managing fast turn around marketing projects involving social media, film production, graphic design and animation
- Experience leading film shoots and producing high quality film for broadcast and the web
- Advanced knowledge of digital media production, and robust technical experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of 3D and VFX production processes is a bonus
- Expert skills in Jira, Monday.com, Clickup, Asana or a similar advanced project management tool
- An ability to lead diverse teams with different skillsets
- Experience working in an ad agency, film studio or media company delivering similar work
What the job involves
- Content (film, motion graphics, photography, illustration, design and audio)
- Project manage the delivery of very fast turn around short-form video content for our roster of clients
- Plan out processes and build a pipeline that enables you to deliver film content at scale (multiple videos per day), across various social channels and the web
- Deliver content which blend motion graphics / animation, vfx and live action film seamlessly
- Build a pipeline to deliver engaging well designed image based content, into native formats (image posts, carousels, slide shows) at scale, which are on brand
- Keep senior management up to date on project progress (timings, budgets and deliverables) for each brand you work on
- Work across Growthcurve content and multiple client brands simultaneously
- Push to use the very latest production technology, techniques and trends to output content which pushes the boundaries of what's possible
- Build. maintain and manage a roster of exceptional talent - across creative disciplines including graphic designers, film directors, film crew, editors, post production talent, illustrators, celebrity management teams, designers, art directors, modelling agencies and more
- Manage the production of addictively good content for social media and the web
- Strategy and Management of Addictively good Social Media Content, Influencer Marketing Management & User Generated Content
