Role
Who you are

- You’ll have great data analysis and visualisation skills to identify deep insights and present them in a compelling way to a wide non-technical audience, driving behavioural change

- Degree in Business/Economics, STEM, or similar
- A proven track record of operational and analytical experience gained in a marketplace business, big tech, or top-tier consulting firm
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and Excel for everyday analysis, low-code/no-code/AI-enabled automation tools to 10-100x processes and good written communication skills
- Talented at simplifying the complex, you’ll distil complex marketplace dynamics into clear actions whilst bringing your stakeholders along with you
- Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking whilst ensuring flawless execution with a strong bias for action
- Experienced in designing robust experiments, measuring adoption, and engagement on new products and processes

What the job involves
- To accelerate our growth, we have an exciting newly created opportunity for an experienced Analytics & Operations Manager to join our awesome Marketplace team
- You’ll key focus will be on leveraging data-driven insights, process improvements and automation and experimentation skills to drive growth, efficiency and quality in our marketplace operations
- You’ll work closely with product, data, marketing, CRM, and sales & AM teams to super charge our growth in key areas
- Reporting to the Marketplace Director, you'll own the strategy and implementation of marketplace growth, quality and efficiency initiatives to ensure the job creation and completion funnel is running smoothly
- You’ll build CRM & process automations to streamline and standardise activities required to manage the customer operations for trades and internal teams alike
- You’ll demonstrate explicit care to protect all personal and confidential data and information you may encounter about employees, customers, members, suppliers whether that data is held on computer or found in manual, paper systems
