Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management that spans multiple domains of expertise
- 3+ years experience in customer success for B2B enterprises and global organizations
- Educational background or working experience in a life sciences or technology discipline
- Experience crafting and delivering presentations in front of audiences of all sizes in a professional setting
- Experience navigating complex subject matter and working with multiple stakeholders at different levels
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and finding a path forward
- A knack for interpreting complex data and defining strategies and tactics to improve trends
- A passion for driving progress in the life sciences
- A thirst to be part of a team that is focused on transformation and world-class delivery
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Delivery team
- You will be reporting to the Manager of Delivery
- As a Delivery Lead, you will deliver transformative solutions that are a blend of program management, customer success, and operations
- You will find the best path forward to get our generative AI platform into the hands of customers and ensure ongoing adoption to realize value
- You will also collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the successful completion of strategic initiatives
- Support high-profile complex programs and help in the creation of the best path to empowering scientists with our generative AI platform for drug discovery acceleration
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure successful deployment and ongoing adoption of our technology
- Facilitate touchpoints with key points of contact, and prepare content and/or present at executive review meetings. Partner with the account teams to develop and execute account-specific adoption activities that drive awareness, usage, advocacy, and value
- Participate in user calls, ensuring ongoing efficacy of engagement strategies and improvements to adoption metrics
- Forecast support needs and monitor and control the health and risks of critical deliverables
- Use metrics and reporting to help grow scientist engagement and utilization of BenchSci technology
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for more consistent and efficient execution
Our take
Over the past decade, the cost of bringing a drug to market has increased exponentially. But the number of drugs approved has stayed stagnant, leading to a decline in research productivity. Through development of AI-assisted software, BenchSci has allowed scientists to rapidly compute data from scientific journals and product catalogues to dramatically reduce these inefficiencies in the R&D process.
The company offers a lateral solution to traditional, manual data analysis to allow for data leveraging. Plus an automated, comprehensive overview of existing relevant research. These methods have made BenchSci a forerunner in the drug development industry; the company's software is used by leading pharmaceutical companies.
BenchSci continues to invest in its machine learning technology, and in 2023 launched ASCEND. This is software that extracts experimental evidence from internal and external sources to help improve the hit rate of drug trials. It has also raised considerable funds, the latest of which is supporting the expansion of the platform.
