Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have strong experiential marketing skills, exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, experience leading cross-functional projects, and a passion for crafting compelling narratives and executing marketing strategies
- 4-8 years of experience in a professional environment with direct experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, and/or talent management
- Proven track record in experiential marketing
- Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and pivot to support evolving business needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners is a plus
What the job involves
- This creator-centric role supports the Creator Success and Creator Acquisition teams to support both short-term and long-term initiatives to drive further creator growth, engagement, and retention
- This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to advance Passes' business objectives
- Serve as the Marketing representative for creator-facing projects including creator launches, events, social media campaigns, and any other creator needs to ensure success on our platform
- Design and execute experiential marketing campaigns for creators and fans
- Community management of creator-focused online platforms
- Develop ongoing gifting campaigns
- Collaborate with the social media team to craft engaging, compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support Passes creators and Passes’ long-term strategies
- Oversee creator-centric marketing materials, email campaigns, and paid media to ensure brand consistency and ROI
- Work closely with the Success and Acquisition teams to track key performance metrics and increase creator earnings
Our take
Traditionally, nearly all media was created and controlled by a few central organizations. Then, the internet came along and platforms like YouTube and Facebook democratized content creation while controlling distribution. Now, with the advent of blockchain technologies, Passes is attempting to decentralize power to the creators themselves.
The company delivers a Web 3.0 platform for creators to scale their content and own their audiences. In theory, this should be a dream for creators and consumers alike. However, so far Web 3.0 platforms have found that in practice it is difficult to onboard users.
Passes must ensure that its platform is easy to use and has competitive capabilities if it is to see good adoption levels. Its acquisition of rival monetization platform Fanhouse was a step in the right direction. And a strong Series A funding round will be used to grow its team and add additional creator revenue streams to the platform.
