Role
Who you are
- At least 8-10 years in product roles; progression from product manager → senior product manager → maybe group product manager or product lead
- Leadership Proven experience managing teams, this means line managing product managers / product owners (or equivalent). Ideally also experience in building / scaling teams
- Strategic vision Ability to set product vision & strategy, manage roadmaps, align product work with business goals. Evidence of long-term thinking, trade-off decisions (features vs technical debt, etc.)
- Product outcomes Track record of delivering successful products or features; metrics/data to show impact (e.g. growth, revenue contribution, user engagement, retention, etc.)
What the job involves
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and refine product vision and strategy
- Translate high-level strategy into multi-year roadmaps across product lines
- Ensure product initiatives align with company OKRs and growth objectives
- Manage and coach Group PMs
- Define and champion best practices in discovery, delivery, and measurement
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations leaders
- Influence at the executive table while ensuring alignment across all business units
- Execution & Outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end product delivery across multiple squads / domains
- Monitor product performance and drive accountability for business outcomes (revenue, engagement, retention, satisfaction)
- Make investment trade-offs: prioritising resources across product lines
- Market & Customer Insight
- Stay close to customers, competitors, and industry trends
