Who you are
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or channel support
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM, with demonstrated experience in reporting and data management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Passion for enabling sales growth by creating operational excellence
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and work things out
- Preferred: Experience working in or with the education sector
What the job involves
- The Channel Operations Specialist role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for GoGuardian’s channel business
- You’ll manage transactional and process-driven tasks such as PO processing, deal registration, and partner data maintenance, while also providing operational insight to improve workflows and scalability
- You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and partner teams to streamline processes, maintain high-quality data, and support the execution of GoGuardian’s partner programs
Our take
GoGuardian provides filtering, classroom engagement and mental health tools for educators. This supports better classroom management, student engagement and online safety - without users having to rely on multiple platforms.
GoGuardian's product capabilities include real-time monitoring for students' device screens, a feature to identify at-risk students and single click tutoring support among others. The major questioning of the suite surrounds how student safety and privacy remain balanced, which is a challenge the company must continue to face.
Millions of students across over thousands of US school districts are served by GoGuardian's software. With schools increasingly turning towards digital education systems, the company continues to expand its services - for example with support for multi-platform school environments and a digital hall pass management system.
