- Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience as a customer success manager or with an e-commerce / marketing-related job; that said, we first and foremost hire for attitude and cultural fit. If you have the right potential and mindset, we will help you with the rest
What the job involves
- We're looking for a creative and digital native German-Speaking Customer Success Manager to join our team in Barcelona!
- As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Flowbox, you serve as a trusted partner and advisor; your goal is to drive product adoption, demonstrate value and KPIs and empower brands to achieve their marketing goals
- You are responsible for the client journey from the beginning of the partnership throughout their renewal
- Our ultimate goal is to wow the client with our outstanding technology and personalised service
- You will be a part of a driven, honest, open minded and international team distributed across four countries: Denmark, Sweden, Spain and the Netherlands
- The CSM team plays an important part in the growth of the company, and together with your team, you will work on finding new ways to reach and exceed client expectations
- As a CSM, you will manage different relationships between various internal and external stakeholders and users
- We believe that every individual within the team can contribute to make the overall performance of the team stronger
- Your success in the role will be measured on:
- Number of clients and revenue in your client portfolio
- Retention and expansion in your client portfolio
- Overall customer satisfaction within your client portfolio

Flowbox is a user-generated content platform that enables brands and customers to leverage social media to develop marketing and sales strategies, often repurposing preexisting posts to advertise a company.
Based out of Stockholm, Flowbox has worked with a range of high-end European clients such as Bjorn Borg and Outnorth across a breadth of commerce sectors, including fashion, furniture, and cosmetics. It has customers in over 40 countries and, in March 2023, raised early VC and brought an experienced new shareholder onto its board.
With seed funding and talent at the top end, Flowbox has reported an ARR of 85 million SEK in 2022 and is refreshing its strategy to attract even more clients.
