Role
Who you are
- 4+ years sales experience in a high-tech B2B environment, with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding quotas
- Knowledge of partner models (Resellers, MSSPs, Distributors, …) is a distinct plus
- Experience in the cybersecurity market is also a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and maintain trusted partner relationships
- Capacity to operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
- Accountability. Take ownership for the business in your region
- Ability to travel within your assigned territory
- Fluent English is mandatory. French and German are a plus
What the job involves
- As CybelAngel is rapidly expanding our customer and partner bases, our sales team is growing
- We are looking for an ambitious Partner Account Manager (PAM) to manage and grow the business generated with partners (resellers, MSSPs) in the UK, Northern Europe and DACH regions
- The role will be split between managing the existing partners and their opportunities on the one hand, and recruiting new partners to expand our partner ecosystem on the other hand
- Manage the relationship with existing partners and support the growth of their CybelAngel business
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies and sales plans with partners
- Lead the sales cycle of the partner opportunities to successful closure, in conjunction with the partner sales team
- Identify and recruit suitable cybersecurity partners to expand our partner ecosystem across these markets
- Serve as the main point of contact for the partners and advocate their interests within the CybelAngel organisation
- Collaborate with marketing for co-branded campaigns, events, and lead generation activities
- Work closely with Pre-sales, Product and Customer Success teams to support partner needs
- Bring a growth mentality and be willing to develop yourself so that your personal growth keeps pace with the business around you
- Coordinate required resources to achieve your goals
