Role
Who you are
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant industry experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 2+ years and a master’s degree
- Front End Development Expertise: Deep expertise and strength in building complex, large-scale, web-based applications in Typescript and React. Demonstrated ability to architect scalable frontend systems, integrating seamlessly with modern backend technologies and APIs
- UX & Visual Design: Has experience in designing user interfaces for data-intensive applications. Understands how to present complex data in accessible ways to various user personas. Able to put together mockup screens in tools like Figma/Figjam, Sketch, etc. Has a good eye for aesthetic design
- Creative Problem Solver & Agile Collaborator: Brings innovative design solutions to the table while thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment. Capable of iterating designs based on user feedback and data, and works well in a cross-functional team, contributing ideas and receiving feedback constructively
- Customer Communication: Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with customers. Capable of conducting user interviews, gathering feedback, and translating customer needs into actionable design and development tasks

- Build customer-facing features and/or foundational components
- Collaborate closely with other engineers to ensure features work well end-to-end and deliver desired customer functionality
- Participate in customer and design partner discussions, develop a deep understanding of customer problems and incorporate those in design
