Senior Marketing Manager, Instacart

• 8+ years of experience in social media roles for leading consumer brands. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• A proven track record of building and scaling high-performing social campaigns that drive both engagement and revenue
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and mentor a team while influencing stakeholders across the organization
• A strategic and creative thinker who can seamlessly balance brand storytelling with performance objectives, while ensuring creative excellence across all social content
• Highly data-literate and performance-driven, you can demonstrate with data what social media success looks like. You have deep knowledge of native and third-party social media analytics tools, and can extract and interpret performance results against business goals
