Brand Integrations Producer, Roblox

• 3+ years of experience in project management, production, or operations, ideally within gaming, interactive media, digital advertising, or a related field
• The capability to manage multiple concurrent projects with complex schedules and interdependencies
• Experience with technical solutions, understanding production pipelines, and troubleshooting integration challenges
• Experience in managing client relationships, facilitating reviews, and consistently working towards client satisfaction
• Experience anticipating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective, practical solutions
• Experience establishing, documenting, and optimizing workflows to continuously improve efficiency and scalability

Desirable

• As an Integration Producer (Contract), you'll lead the successful execution and optimization of multiple concurrent managed brand integrations (MBIs) on the Roblox platform
• You will manage the entire project lifecycle, and be the main point to contact with developers and work closely with the brand partnerships and Roblox innovation teams
• Oversee Brand Integration Project Execution: Drive the day-to-day communication, operations and manage the implementation of integrations for brand partners, developers, and production agencies
• Lead Project Lifecycles & Communication: Own project kick-offs, define clear milestones, and meticulously manage communication specifically with Roblox developers (across Email, Calendar, Slack, Discord, etc.) for all concurrent integrations keeping every stakeholder informed and aligned
• Coordinate Production & Integration Schedules: Develop and manage detailed internal and external production schedules, proactively ensuring the timely delivery of all assets and integrated experiences
• Facilitate Partner Engagement & Agreements: Provide essential support in identifying, contacting, and negotiating pricing with developers, and expertly manage the contract process to efficiently secure new partnerships
• Ensure Quality Control: Implement and oversee mandatory quality checks for all integration components, and facilitate structured review checkpoints with both clients and development teams to guarantee a high standard of execution
• Streamline Internal Processes: Actively support the program lead and broader partnerships team by contributing to essential organizational elements like developer contracting workflows, pipeline management, Confluence documentation, and enhancing overall internal communication
