- You bring experience from fast-paced, structured environments such as strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar industries

- You excel at organizational tasks, demonstrating strong prioritization skills, adaptability to change, a sense of urgency, and comfort in navigating ambiguity
- You build and nurture strong relationships effortlessly, whether with colleagues, founders, or external partners across the globe
- You uphold confidentiality at all times, safeguarding sensitive, non-official, and personal information with the utmost discretion
- You have advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint), as well as familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zoom, and AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, while additional knowledge of German would be beneficial

- In this role, you will work at the heart of our operations, collaborating daily with inspiring entrepreneurs and investors from around the globe
- As the right hand to our founding partner Christophe Maire, you will serve as his key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders

- Acting as the executive assistant and strategic partner to our founder, Christophe Maire, providing administrative and operational support, including inbox management, stakeholder coordination, time optimisation, and project prioritisation
- Managing and organising a complex international schedule, travel plans, meetings, and events with a focus on prioritisation and efficiency
- Preparing and following up on key meeting materials, such as briefings, presentations, and analyses, while aligning with internal teams
- Coordinating detailed international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries and visa requirements
- Handling ad hoc requests, managing special projects, and assisting with occasional personal tasks
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure smooth stakeholder relationships

FoodLabs is an early stage Venture Capitalist investor and venture studio that focus on intellectual property and scalable business models toward a more sustainable food industry.

The food industry’s contribution to greenhouse emissions is huge, hence this mission is as urgent as ever.
FoodLabs recently closed its new early-stage fund called Food Fund, which will help European innovators create positive change. It also releases important reports such as "Food For Climate" in 2023, which explores the impact of FoodTech starups on the environment.
