Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Advertising
- Proficiency with Social Media Networks
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong project and account management skills

What the job involves
- You will take on the role of an Account Manager, Influencer Activation on our RhythmInfluence
- The Account Manager, Influencer Activation role will be responsible for support across several key accounts, managing the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns
- In this role, you will work directly with the clients, creators, and internal teams to execute and measure Influencer marketing campaigns that may contain both online and offline components
- Working across multiple clients & managing several client initiatives
- Talent discovery to identify creators for different client initiatives based on their target audience and campaign KPI’s
- Developing relationships with, negotiating and onboarding creators to ensure successful campaign outcomes for clients
- Leading internal and client facing campaign kick-off calls
- Creating and managing campaign timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Project managing creator briefing, deadlines, and content management
- Creation & presentation of client facing campaign reporting
- Upselling and focused renewal efforts to obtain existing clients alongside members of the sales team
