Who you are
- This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- 10+ years of experience supporting a senior executive (SVP level or above) in a global, fast-paced organization; experience in enterprise software, sales, or HR strategy functions strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and operate independently with a high degree of ownership
- Track record of prowess in navigating organizations, including building relationships with peer EAs and team members to help overcome organizational silos or barriers
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; executive presence and professionalism in all interactions
- Experience coordinating team offsites and events
- Flexibility on working hours with ability to accommodate global teams and meetings, on occasion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and enterprise expense/travel tools such as Concur
- A high level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
- A collaborative, low-ego approach and a strong sense of purpose in enabling the success of others
What the job involves
- At ServiceNow, our technology makes the world work for everyone—and our people make it possible. We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Global People Services
- The ideal candidate anticipates needs, brings structure to complexity, and creates space for the SVP to focus on leading at scale
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the SVP, Global People Services
- Proactively manage a complex, rapidly evolving calendar—prioritizing time with intention and clarity
- Anticipate the SVP’s needs and take initiative to remove roadblocks, streamline decision-making, and keep priorities moving
- Coordinate demanding global travel and logistics with precision and foresight, ensuring seamless execution and contingency planning
- Prepare briefing materials, pre-reads, and communications for internal meetings, customer engagements, and executive forums
- Track key action items and follow-ups, ensuring accountability and visibility across the leadership team
- Use judgment to move at appropriate pace, remove blockers and expedite Global People Services’ team performance
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Serve as a liaison between the SVP and internal stakeholders, partners, and customers—modeling ServiceNow’s values in every interaction
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to support team operations, communications, and culture initiatives

ServiceNow now looks to increase its revenue threefold in upcoming years and has entered into a 5-year partnership plan with Visa, beginning with the launch of a Visa-integrated dispute resolution solution for issuers. The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
