Who you are

Proven sales success. 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas
Bring your expertise. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A legal background, whether as a lawyer or working in professional services, is highly valued
Industry experience matters. Experience in LegalTech, SaaS, CLM, or AI-driven tools, especially selling to law firms or legal teams, gives you a strong edge
Sell with insight. A consultative, value-based approach with the ability to simplify technical solutions for legal professionals
Master complex deals. Navigate multi-threaded sales processes, managing multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and close high-value opportunities
Stay sharp and organized. Strong Salesforce proficiency with the ability to maintain accurate pipeline hygiene
Hunter mentality. Proactive and relentless in pursuing new opportunities, with a proven track record of high-velocity prospecting and business generation
Be where the deals happen. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events

What the job involves

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our North America sales team, reporting into the VP Sales NA
This is a pivotal role for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building relationships with legal decision-makers, selling AI solutions that help organizations succeed and thrive, and driving revenue growth

Many in-house legal teams still manage contracts through vast amounts of paperwork, and those that use digital alternatives must still manually create, manage, and navigate between these contracts, wasting valuable time. ContractPodAi provides an AI-driven legal platform for in-house teams, allowing them to automate and streamline their processes.

With ContractPodAi, users can unite contracts into a single holistic repository, and review RFP submission and data privacy. It also supplies Leah, its "Legal Copilot", that acts as an AI assistant for law and corporate teams. Ultimately, this allows users to improve the efficiency of legal workflows, and allows teams to spend more time scaling and less time on mundane and repetitive admin.

Whilst in-house legal team platforms have been around for decades, ContractPodAi has smartly recognised the limitations of existing solutions, and responded with a focus on making its offering both smarter and easier to use. The company has seen good funding and recognition over the years, and recently released a set of new features including comprehensive deep analysis tools.
