Company mission

To transform digital fundraising, support good causes and to help them grow.

Role

Who you are

  • If you’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves finding patterns in data, and is excited about making an impact in a startup where your work directly influences the trajectory of the business, we want to meet you
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a fast-paced, data-intensive B2B SaaS environment
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
  • A love for finding patterns in data and using them to drive business outcomes. You’re not just about reporting numbers—you care about solving real-world problems
  • Ability to clearly communicate data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Expertise in SQL/DBT and hands-on experience with data warehouses/lakehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.)
  • Proficiency with data modelling, ETL processes, and the ability to work with large, complex datasets
  • Strong experience with open-source data visualisation tools (Streamlit, Apache Superset, Metabase, etc.) and reporting
  • Solid statistical knowledge (regression analysis, A/B testing, hypothesis testing) and demonstrable experience applying it to real-world business problems
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and strong familiarity with modern data infrastructure

What the job involves

  • Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you’ll pioneer the development of innovative software solutions that align with our company's goals — and also help build and grow a company of smart and passionate people. And create a real impact
  • As our Data Analyst, you will be the go-to person for all things data across our organisation working closely with the Senior Data Engineer
  • You’ll lead the charge in building our data models, analysing performance, and helping drive decisions across product, marketing, and operations
  • You will work across the entire data stack—from ingestion to visualisation—transforming raw data into actionable insights
  • This is a critical role, as your analyses will directly inform product strategies, guide business decisions, uncover opportunities for growth and form the basis for our B2B data products
  • Own the entire data analysis lifecycle: From warehousing to transformation, analysis, and visualisation
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that inform business decisions and product development
  • Lead data modelling efforts to ensure efficient querying and scalability as data needs grow
  • Enable self service using visualisation tools such as Streamlit to present actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Conduct statistical analysis to validate hypotheses, guide product experiments, and optimise business processes collaborating closely with product and customer success
  • Champion data integrity and governance, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and reliable across all systems to enable our AI ambitions
  • Educate and mentor team members on how to make the most of our data, fostering a data-driven culture across the organisation

Our take

Enthuse offers white-label donation, fundraising, and event management tools for charitable organizations looking to streamline operations under their own brand. The company is performing strong, too: over the past decade it has helped facilitate over £100 million in donations, and recently replaced Virgin Money Giving as the London Marathon’s fundraising partner.

The company adeptly expanded to cover virtual offerings, following the digital transformation of the events and fundraising industry over recent years. This sees no sign of receding, and Enthuse's clients include Macmillan Cancer Support, NSPCC, WWF, and Save the Children.

With Gen-Z now almost 50% more likely to give to charitable causes, and this generation more tech-savvy and online than their predecessors, charities will do well to double down on digital avenues. This is true of charities across the globe, and with Enthuse going through a period of international expansion following a funding injection, the company will be there to help them do so.
