Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, math, economics or equivalent, relevant experience, advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience as a technical consultant or analyst with a history of delivering high value outcomes
- A passion for developing thriving, high-energy teams and demonstrated history of doing so. 5+ years of management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. C-suite presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the product-development lifecycle and have experience partnering with teams to drive a collaborative data-driven culture based on data exploration and hypothesis testing anchored in the customer experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to build positive relationships and communicate complex concepts across the organization
- Track record of providing valuable insights that shape the product roadmap and business, with measurable impact on user growth, satisfaction, and other metrics
- Proactive, thoughtful, and highly organized self-starter; thrives in ambiguity and solving open-ended problems without a clear right answer
- Strong experience in experimentation, causal modeling, ROI estimation
- High proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other data science tools/frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and extracting strategic insights
- Team Player - Works well with others, highly collaborative and acts as a strong partner to other team members and functions
- Story Telling – Ability to communicate Duetto’s vision to diverse audiences, and to span messaging from high-level brand awareness to feature-level product differentiation

What the job involves
- We're looking for a Director to lead our centralized Product Analytics team, overseeing a group of skilled data scientists that support our entire product organization
- In this role, you will be able to own a critical problem set, implement cutting-edge testing and experimentation best practices, drive performance and ROI measurement, and deliver impactful insights through deep analytics support and robust reporting solutions
- As a key influencer in our highly analytical leadership team, you will directly shape outcomes, drive strategic decision-making, and help evolve our product strategy approach

- By leveraging your expertise in rigorous testing methodologies and fostering a hypothesis-driven culture, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, solving customer problems, and shaping our organizational strategy
- Build a Product Analytics strategy and roadmap in consultation with the leaders of the Product and Technology organizations
- Build out a high-performance Product Analytics team to provide leverage for doing all the above
- Collaborate with the Data and Engineering teams to create scalable, reliable, and accurate reporting
- Provide strategic guidance for the business and the Product team, helping us determine where to invest resources for the greatest return
- Continue to evolve the organization’s decision-making & ROI framework based on rigorous testing methodologies combined with both quantitative and qualitative measures of success
- Ensure our Product OKRs are well defined and tracked
- Your team will own defining, tracking, and narrating the performance of core metrics within the product
- Partner with product, design, and go-to-market leaders to help drive growth and solve customer problems by supporting a hypothesis and data-driven culture
- Identify areas of opportunity to provide scalable data solutions to emerging business needs
- Partner with diverse cross-functional teams including engineering and data infrastructure to ensure an efficient flow of actionable information
Our take
Duetto launched in 2010 as a consultancy firm, initially offering profit optimisation consulting services. Since then, it has expanded and worked within the gaming, hotel, flight and software industries, with offices in America, Argentina and Europe.
Duetto is the first in the hospitality market to create a hotel business intelligence tool to offer more insights across hotel portfolios beyond manual spreadsheet reporting.
In 2024, Duetto was acquired by private equity firm GrowthCurve Capital, which will solidify the latter's leadership in hotel revenue management. Duetto will continue to build relationships with hotels across the world, and has surpassed 850 partner hotels in EMEA, representing more than 150,000 rooms.
