• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or people management role
• Proven experience as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Experience working at and scaling within a startup or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated success leading complex recruiting initiatives, improving processes, and forecasting for scale
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategy and pipeline development for hard-to-fill roles
• Passion for building strong candidate experiences and a deep understanding of modern TA best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available to be onsite at least 3 days per week
