Manager of Engineering, Self Financial

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 4+ years in leadership roles managing engineering managers and/or large teams
• Demonstrated success managing performance, mentoring direct reports, and growing engineering leaders
• Deep domain knowledge of FinTech, banking, or credit-related industries and associated security/regulatory environments
• Proven experience delivering complex software systems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple teams with different goals and maturity levels
• Expertise in software lifecycle management, agile processes, and continuous delivery. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
