Role
Who you are
- You have hands-on experience with User Management
- Experience with providing end-user IT support and being comfortable tackling whatever IT issue is thrown at you
- You can easily identify, investigate and solve IT problems as they arise
- We require full professional proficiency in English as we communicate with employees (support) and 3rd party system engineers (deeper support investigations and project work) across the globe via email, chat, and video meetings every day and occasionally by phone
- A plus if you have experience with navigating support ticket systems (We use YouTrack)
- You need to be positive and adaptable as every day brings something new and challenging. Tomorrow never looks like today and plans are often changed
- We require a strong drive and the ability to take ownership of tasks
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is needed
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an exceptional IT Support Specialist to join the UK superstar team at Too Good To Go in London
- Technical Ownership & SaaS Governance
- System Administration: Act as the primary technical owner for our core stack (JumpCloud, Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Youtrack)
- Extended Tooling Ecosystem: Provide administrative support and user management for a broad portfolio of departmental tools (Marketing, Finance, People, etc.), serving as the central point of contact for technical configurations and integrations
- Access Control: Enforce strict access governance across all managed systems, ensuring that every account follows the "Principle of Least Privilege" and is audited regularly
- Service Excellence & Incident Management
- First Response: Own the lifecycle of support requests via YouTrack providing professional resolution for hardware and software issues across the global business
- Incident Coordination: Act as a first responder for localized IT outages or security events, following established protocols to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
- Identity & Endpoint Defense
- Hardened Endpoints: Manage SentinelOne at the device level. You ensure 100% deployment coverage across our macOS/Windows fleet and lead the triage of endpoint security alerts
- Identity Lifecycle: Execute secure onboarding and offboarding workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that when an employee joins or leaves, their access across all systems is provisioned or revoked with zero-gap precision
- Asset Governance: Maintain an airtight hardware inventory. You enforce our "No-BYOD" policy, ensuring only managed, compliant TGTG hardware can access our digital environment
- Operational Roadmap & Projects
- Scaling IT: Support the execution of strategic projects, such as automating cross-platform migrations and deepening our SSO integrations to reduce manual overhead

With more than one-third of food wasted in shops and restaurants, tonnes of otherwise quality goods are unnecessarily lost. Too Good To Go connects customers to restaurants and stores that have unsold, surplus food, offering steep discounts. Through this, businesses can sell surplus meals that would've otherwise gone to waste, and the environment wins as no food is wasted.
The company has certainly found its niche with sustainability-conscious consumers (a group that is growing in size as environmentally-focused consumers get more spending power). Too Good To Go's app has over 90M users across 18 countries and 215,000+ partners including retailers, hotels and restaurants such as ALDI, Carrefour, Accor and YO! Sushi.
The company is also creating a food waste movement website intended to be an informative source of knowledge regarding the issue. This is part of a wider strategy at raising awareness of the food waste problem, to get more users on board and further help the planet. A 200 million euro fund raise is allegedly in the works for 2025, which would push the platform to unicorn status.
