Senior Organic Growth Manager, Mistplay

• This is a highly cross-functional builder role for someone who thinks like a growth marketer, operates with the rigor of a performance marketer, and is energized by cracking growth problems that do not yet have an obvious playbook
• 6–8+ years of growth, performance, lifecycle, or organic marketing experience, including direct, hands-on ownership of organic acquisition channels such as referral, organic social, content, community, partnerships, or promotions. Mobile app or gaming experience is strongly preferred
• A proven track record identifying, testing, and scaling at least one meaningful organic growth lever, with measurable impact on acquisition, engagement, or retention metrics
• Experience designing and running referral, promo code, or incentive-based growth programs, including the economics, measurement, and fraud and abuse considerations behind them
• People and vendor management experience. You've directly managed team members and external agencies or vendors, setting clear priorities, briefs, budgets, and performance expectations
• Strong analytical and business case skills. You're comfortable building ROI models for organic investments, partnering closely with analytics, and using data to decide what to scale, refine, or stop
• Strong cross-functional leadership. You can align partners across product, UA, brand, creative, analytics, and finance, influence without direct authority, and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
• A test-and-learn builder mindset. You are comfortable starting with ambiguity, creating a structured experimentation plan, moving quickly on the levers that show promise, and stopping the ones that do not

Desirable

• Mistplay is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Organic Growth to help build and scale the organic acquisition engine for our fast-growing rewarded gaming platform. This person will own key levers that bring users to Mistplay outside of paid media, including organic social, referral, promo code programs, and new organic growth opportunities
• The mandate is clear: identify what can meaningfully drive organic installs, test it rigorously, and scale the channels and programs that work into a durable, compounding source of growth
• You will lead an internal team and external agency partners while working closely with performance marketing/UA, product, brand, and analytics to make organic growth a measurable, forecastable pillar of Mistplay's overall growth strategy
• Own and execute the organic growth roadmap. Translate Mistplay's broader growth strategy into clear priorities, experiments, and targets for organic acquisition, and own reporting that ties performance to DNU, CAC offset, and retention goals
• Lead social media strategy, team, and agency management. Own Mistplay's organic social strategy across priority platforms end to end; directly manage the internal social media team and supporting social and creative agencies, setting priorities, briefs, workflows, and a high quality bar for content that drives measurable growth
• Crack referral as a core growth lever. Design, launch, and continuously optimize Mistplay's referral program, including its incentive structure, mechanics, and viral loop. Partner with product and engineering to remove friction and drive a step-change in referred growth
• Find and scale new organic growth levers. Build a disciplined pipeline of organic growth opportunities beyond social and referral, develop clear hypotheses and tests, and turn the strongest ideas into repeatable programs. Stay close to emerging consumer behaviors, platforms, partnerships, content formats, and product-led loops that could unlock meaningful growth
• Build and scale promo code strategy. Own promo and referral code programs as a lever for acquisition, reactivation, and retention, defining incentive economics and test structures, partnering with finance and UA on cost and ROI, and building safeguards against abuse and fraud
• Partner cross-functionally to embed organic growth into the broader growth strategy. Work closely with performance marketing/UA, product, brand, creative, and analytics to connect organic initiatives to paid strategy and the full user journey, from acquisition through retention
• Manage budget, tooling, and reporting for organic growth. Own the organic growth budget and vendor and tooling stack, track results with rigor, and clearly communicate impact, learnings, and next steps to senior leadership
• Build sweepstakes into a scalable organic growth lever. Partner with brand, creative, product, legal, and analytics to develop compelling sweepstakes concepts and mechanics that drive acquisition, engagement, and sharing, while continuously testing and measuring their incremental impact
