Director of Sales, SINAI

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives and Enterprise Account Executives to ensure exceptional performance, collaboration, and professional growth
• This includes regularly monitoring team performance metrics, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and support to achieve sales success
• Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative and effective sales strategies that align with company goals
• Pipeline Development & Oversight: Oversee the creation, growth, and management of a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that the team exceeds aggressive sales targets
• Customer Relationships: Support Account Executives in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within both prospective and existing client organizations
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Operations to optimize sales processes and outcomes
• Complex Negotiations: Guide the team in navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations and decision-making processes to close new business opportunities
• Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain an updated revenue forecast, and provide regular reports on team performance, market trends, and other key metrics to executive leadership
• Market Feedback: Identify and communicate product and market feedback gathered from frontline prospects and customer discussions to Product, Marketing and Executive Leadership teams
• Leadership Team Participation: Actively participate in the leadership team to help guide the strategic direction of the company
• Go-to-Market Collaborations: Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to align strategies and create joint success for top-of-funnel activity
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure partner-driven lead flow, revenue impact, and overall ROI. Regularly report on partner performance, revenue contribution, and growth potential to senior leadership
• Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and negotiations with customers and prospects to establish agreements that are mutually beneficial and sustainable for both parties
