Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing
- Expertise in paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and Programmatic Experience)
- Spent at least 7 figures in ad spend (£1 million - £10 million minimum) across your career
- Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Experience managing spend for a fast growth tech startup, D2C brand or B2B SaaS product
- Knowledge of mobile app growth, e-commerce, and SaaS marketing
- Demonstrable experience working with creative, product and content teams
- Deep knowledge and experience of the full funnel marketing approach to acquiring and retaining customers
- Experience with marketing attribution platforms such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, Branch or Singular
- Experience working with the branding/creative team to produce high quality ad assets that have proven to capture an audience’s attention
- Technically sharp. You’ll eat, sleep and breathe Google Sheets and formulas. You’ll also have a great understanding of how the web works behind the scenes
- End to end understanding of conversion tracking (pixel, mobile SDK and server side CAPI based)
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL
- Proficiency in SEO and SEM techniques
- Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) skills
- Experience in A/B testing and experimentation
- Ability to optimise landing pages, ad copy, and user funnels
- Understanding of the AARRR framework (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue)
- Ability to create comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
What the job involves
- Our pioneering Growth Marketing approach blends art and science to help our clients acquire and retain their ideal customers. Think world-class paid media campaigns, next-gen ad creative, optimised landing page funnels and viral referral loops
- Build a deep understanding of our client’s products / services and competitors so you can launch the most effective ad campaigns that have high engagement
- Collaborate quickly and effectively with the creative team to ensure all ad assets (static imagery & video) and ad copy are on par with the client’s brand guidelines
- Present weekly reporting on campaign performance, highlight what’s worked, new experiments to run
- Act as an advisor to guide a client on improving their bottom of funnel performance to lower a client’s overall CAC and improve LTV
- Staying on top of client communication and demonstrate strong project management skills
- Independently install and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager so that campaigns are accurately tracked
- Direct mobile application developers on tracking event implementation on the MMP being used so that mobile app campaigns can be accurately tracked
- Seek to continually improve campaign performance through iterative testing (A/B and Multivariate)
- Help direct and manage the development of optimised campaign landing pages
- Manage campaigns in multiple markets and languages
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance
- Research brief and manage the production of new ad creative
- Research, plan, prototype and implement new innovative ways to optimise campaigns and reach audiences
- Plan, execute, monitor, manage and optimise paid and organic growth campaigns
