Company mission
To be the world's most impactful vertical SaaS company.
Role
Who you are
- It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment working with imperfect data, knows how to extract signal from noise, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing SaaS business
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis
- Proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft insights for a C-suite audience
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact
- Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. It’s about the experiences we have, people we meet, and the perspectives we share. So, if you have the skills but are hesitant to apply because of your background, apply anyway
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our GTM and Revenue FP&A team
- In this role, you’ll work closely with the GMs to drive growth and build the story behind our growth. You’ll work closely with executives, navigate evolving business environment and messy datasets, and lead continuous improvements in the decision-making process to keep pace with our rapid scale
- This is a strategic role working closely with a group of ex-consultants and ex-IB analyst
- Strategic business partner: Work closely with GMs and C-level executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to drive business growth and influence strategic decisions
- Own and elevate the revenue forecast: Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting
- Drive transformation: Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks to support long-term growth
- Develop and mentor talent: Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, building a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Cross-functional leadership: Proactively align revenue strategies across functions and ensure execution against business priorities
Our take
In the US, there's been a booming demand for home-service businesses, yet historically many of these trades were running with outdated software systems. That's where ServiceTitan comes in. Founded by friends who grew up around the trades, the company saw a clear gap and set out to give contractors the modern platform they desperately needed.
ServiceTitan's platform is designed specifically for the trades and brings together everything a contractor might need, in one handy system. By focusing on what trade-business owners actually need, it helps turn chaos into structure, giving visibility into operations, so owners can ultimately run their business better.
Now, ServiceTitan serves more than 11,800 trade customers and reported more than $10,000 in annualized billings and processes a huge volume of jobs on its platform. With a market that's still under-served by technology and a platform built to scale, the company is ready to grow even further.
