What the job involves

  • Wavenet is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic Wholesale Channel team, supporting over 400 independent resellers and driving revenue exceeding £25m per annum
  • This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of existing partners, with annual revenue responsibility of over £2m, while developing new business relationships and driving growth through our market-leading Cyber Security and Connectivity solutions
  • In this role, you'll be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and delivering exceptional partner experiences
  • Your focus will be on growing revenue and gross profit through cross-selling and upselling, while protecting existing revenues through excellent account management and customer retention strategies
  • Manage a portfolio of partners with revenue responsibility exceeding £2m per annum
  • Drive growth through cross-selling Cyber Security services and other core products
  • Prospect and generate new partner relationships from pre-defined target accounts
  • Build strong partner relationships to understand pain points and identify upsell opportunities
  • Own the commercial relationship between Wavenet and its partners
  • Resolve partner queries and issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Deliver against personal revenue and profit targets
  • Stay up to date with market developments and product knowledge

Daisy Corporate Services, a part of Daisy Group, is a leading UK Managed Service Provider. Based in the Northwest, the company serves mid-sized to enterprise-scale businesses, where its counterpart Daisy Communications serves the SMB market.

The company has grown organically since its original launch in 2001, and now boasts an impressive client base across the UK. It provides cyber security, communication, and cloud-based services, with a particular focus on Microsoft products.

Interestingly, the revenue dominance of Apple over Microsoft has not perturbed Daisy, which has capitalised on UK businesses utilising the cloud for many of their operations. The Group collectively serves upwards of 2000 businesses and has acquired North England tech companies Communication Better, ECSC and XLN in past years.
