Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years specifically in project management, involving the development of products that integrate hardware and software
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills, essential for driving cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges

- As an NPI Project Manager, you will lead the transformation of innovative ideas into groundbreaking products, guiding them from concept through to production
- Your role will be crucial in driving our mission to accelerate the energy transition and deliver sustainable home energy solutions to millions of households by 2030
- Your impact will directly contribute to shaping a greener future for all
- What you will do:
- Lead the development of one or more products from concept definition to the start of production
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, hardware and software teams, operations teams, supply chain, finance, and more
- Lead the core project team, organizing and prioritizing all development tasks
- Ensure the project is delivered on scope, time, and budget
- Collaborate with product managers and product owners to ensure seamless definition and execution of product requirements
- Ensure that the development of our products adheres to our internal Product Development Process
- Provide consistent project reporting by defining and tracking KPIs
- Lead change and risk management processes during the development phase of your project
- Ensure proper resource allocation in alignment with functional managers
- Support the development of internal processes to enhance team efficiency

Identifying a significant gap in the market, Quatt aims to address the needs of approximately 7.5M homes in the Netherlands lacking a heat pump system. With 2024 funding secured, the company is poised to embark on an ambitious journey, aiming to introduce its solution to a million households by 2030, making significant strides towards a more sustainable future.
