We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing London team
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment career within a leading engineering consultancy that values Excellence, Accountability, Integrity, and Service
In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a variety of engineering roles — helping us connect exceptional technical talent with major clients such as Airbus, Rolls-Royce, and Thales
Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver effective sourcing strategies
Use multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals — to attract top-tier engineering talent
Screening & Selection:
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit
Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects
Candidate Experience:
Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process
Communicate ALTEN’s culture and values clearly throughout their journey
Data & Reporting:
Track key recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency
Share insights and recommendations to continuously enhance recruitment strategies
