Talent Acquisition Partner, Sierra Space

• Typically 5+ years of related experience

• Possesses in-depth recruiting knowledge and works with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive strategy
• Experience managing talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting leaders
• Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management
• Experience conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates

• Collaboration with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive recruitment strategies is essential, as is mentoring and leading other recruiting team members
• Proactively managing talent pipelines and building a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management are key aspects of the role
• Furthermore, the role involves utilizing data to influence decisions throughout the recruitment lifecycle and supporting other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
