IT Specialist, Harbinger Motors

• The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and grow
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a Helpdesk or Systems Administrator role
• Experience and well versed with all things Atlassian
• Experience with AV equipment; configuring sound mixers for optimal settings, microphones, speakers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and common desktop applications such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office
• Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted

• Build and support several Atlassian products; Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software
• Configure, patch, and harden company computers using endpoint management tools such as Jumpcloud
• Respond to service requests and incidents in a professional manner while meeting the designated SLA
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software components, including operating systems, drivers, and applications
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT incidents, resolutions, knowledge base articles and guides to foster continuous improvement
• Transform manual process into scalable, automagic solutions that will grow as our company grows
• Maintain and update IT assets using inventory management tools
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies
