• Hits the ground running by owning searches by leveraging deep NY market knowledge to source and close roles, focused on high-value technical and supporting team build outs across the company
• By inheriting a recruiting system that already works with clear role definitions, structured interview loops, hiring partners, clean data, consistent debriefs, and a strong closing motion to make it faster, smarter, and more scalable without adding complexity
• What Success Looks Like in 12 Months:
• Recruiting is a dependable machine that scales with the business, with a clear bar for quality and a repeatable approach across functions – measured by time-to-fill by role type and pipeline coverage rations
• People operations are stable and predictable: policies, compliance, manager support, and core programs run smoothly
• The People function is trusted across the company because it is practical, fast, and high judgment
