Who you are
- You’re someone who thrives on technology and enjoys solving technical challenges. You have a hands-on mentality and are good at bringing people together
- ✔ 1-2 years of experience in a role like Technical Support Engineer, Technical Advisor, or a similar position
- ✔ A technical background (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or energy technology) is a plus—but not a requirement
- ✔ Comfortable working with technical drawings (CAD experience? Even better!)
- ✔ Familiarity with digital tools like HubSpot and Google Spreadsheets
- ✔ A curious, flexible mindset—you see solutions where others see problems
- ✔ Strong communication skills in English. Fluency in Dutch is a plus but not a requirement
- You're a problem solver, a process optimizer, and a technical advisor—all in one
What the job involves
- As a Technical Expert, you’ll be the key link between our customers, the Quality Team, and our technical operations
- Tailored solutions – Develop technical plans and provide personalized advice for our customers, ensuring our smart hybrid heat pump seamlessly integrates with existing systems
- Technical consultancy – Assist customers with complex technical inquiries, such as integrating our heat pumps with boilers or using our cutting-edge AI software
- Collaboration – Work closely with our sales, installation, and customer service teams to improve processes and solve issues quickly
- Data optimization – Manage and enhance technical data to drive efficiency and improve workflows

Utilizing advanced machine learning technologies, these heat pumps adapt and optimise energy usage autonomously, ensuring maximum efficiency.
Identifying a significant gap in the market, Quatt aims to address the needs of approximately 7.5M homes in the Netherlands lacking a heat pump system. With 2024 funding secured, the company is poised to embark on an ambitious journey, aiming to introduce its solution to a million households by 2030, making significant strides towards a more sustainable future.
