Who you are

Proven experience in a technology leadership role with a strong background in software development
Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails; Experiences in Node.js is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
A demonstrated ability to lead projects and deliver solutions that meet quality and timeline targets
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
A high degree of professionalism and integrity, with the capability to handle sensitive information
A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in the technology landscape
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

This team builds Tech Log, an industry leading application that monitors aircraft status, logs usage, and manages maintenance needs
In this role, you’ll uphold high engineering standards and deliver top-quality software
You'll work with React and TypeScript on the front end and drive our transition from Ruby on Rails to Node.js on the back end
Plus, you'll collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to transform big ideas into next-gen safety systems and aviation software that truly makes a difference

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to define and refine project scopes and deliverables

Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions through rigorous development and testing practices
