Who you are
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable
- Experience in eCommerce analytical tool (GA4, Google Looker, Ahrefs/SEMrush,...) is highly valued
- Previous knowledge of DTC e-commerce is a significant plus
- Previous experience in start-up / fast paced environment and with remote setup is a plus
What the job involves
- As our eCommerce Business Analyst, you'll analyse data to drive strategic decisions and guide business growth
- Working with the Ecommerce, Marketing, and Customer Experience leaders, you'll help answer key questions like customer retention factors, fluctuating site conversion rates, and identifying promising markets
- Your role involves regular performance analysis, extracting insights from sales and web data, and performing qualitative analysis on customer interviews
- You'll ensure data quality, assist in budget forecasting, and prepare comprehensive performance reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments

Around the world, there is a lack of understanding and support for women's menstrual health. According to the World Bank, around 92% of menstruating women worldwide experience a number of symptoms but despite this, menstrual health remains vastly misunderstood, with a lack of knowledge and inadequate medical assistance contributing to the problem.
Addressing this issue is Guud, a platform dedicated to providing a combination of knowledge, expert support, and clinically proven supplements for a healthy menstrual cycle. Extending beyond being just a supplement company, Guud offers real-time, live chat support from a team of experts, including midwives, nutritionists, doctors, pharmacists, gynecologists, and sexual health therapists. This holistic approach ensures that Guud's support and products are backed by the latest scientific research, helping women take informed actions to improve their menstrual health.
Having recently completed a seed funding round, Guud has turned its focus to growing its team with new expertise, allowing the company to enhance its care model. With an end-to-end approach to menstrual health, Guud aims to provide better outcomes for its customers, improve confidence, and contribute to closing the gap in women's health research.
