Desirable

- You can talk confidently about something non-trivial you got off the ground yourself, like a side hustle, project or small venture, with real outcomes
- You are experienced in a numbers or revenue-focused role, such as growth, sales, analytics, or ops
- You have hands-on experience running an experiment or taking a project from idea to a measurable result, big or small
- You're comfortable with data, spreadsheets and charts, and a real interest in what the numbers are telling you (bonus if you've touched something like GA4)
- You have a feel for messaging that converts and an eye for design
- You are comporatble and excired by using AI tools to work faster and smarter
What the job involves
- You'll run growth experiments across channels, like local activations to drive referrals, LinkedIn outreach, referral incentives, and other new acquisition channel
- You'll be able to spot opportunities and size the potential, working out whether the ROI stacks up before we bet on it
- You'll set clear success metrics to measure what's working, spot what's driving growth and cut what isn't.
- You will make it happen end to end: the outreach, the materials, and getting things live
- You'll be crafting messaging that converts, caring about how it lands and what it does to the numbers
- You will help us find the channels and tactics that scale efficiently, and double down on them

Our take
Finding childcare can be a difficult and costly process, exacerbated by the declining number of childminders across the UK. Tiney addresses this problem by providing parents with a marketplace to find quality-assured childminders, while supporting childminders with the training, tools and community they need for their business to thrive.
Anchoring the company's offering is the Tiney app, which handles admin, planning and payments for childminders, while also acting as a communication platform through which parents can check in on their child, view their progress, and easily get in touch if needed. Nowadays, many parents expect this type of service from their childcare providers, and Tiney helps childminders keep pace with larger nurseries.
Tiney also ensures that every childminder follows the EYFS framework for early-years learning, so that parents know their child's learning and development is in safe hands. The company has grown rapidly since its founding, expanding to serve the whole of England, and boasts shining reviews that suggest an even brighter future.
