Midweight Graphic Designer, HeadBox

• 2–3 years' experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a fast-paced or in-house marketing team
• A design-related degree
• Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand, digital and marketing design
• Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for designing for tech brands
• Excellent eye for detail and a growth mindset
• An understanding that creative work is done to support commercial goals
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take a brief, ask the right questions, and work collaboratively across teams
• A collaborative attitude that embodies our values of brilliance, integrity, empathy, and curiosity

Desirable

• Own and evolve brand design across the business, ensuring consistency and quality in every asset produced
• Design product marketing assets that clearly and compellingly communicate the HeadBox platform to venues and event bookers
• Design and support web pages and web assets, working closely with Product and Marketing
• Create engaging social media assets across formats and channels
• Manage and organise our design asset library, keeping templates, brand files and finished assets easy to find and use for the team
• Design pitch decks and sales collateral that help the commercial team win business
• Design and produce customer testimonial assets that build trust and credibility
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end, managing your own time to hit deadlines across multiple concurrent briefs
