Who you are
- 7+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing with demonstrated business impact
- Proven success managing and scaling paid acquisition programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
- Strong experience with CRO, experimentation, and landing page strategy
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in B2B healthcare, medical device, SaaS, or clinical technology marketing preferred
- Strong experience with conversion rate optimization, experimentation, and landing page strategy
- Expertise in customer acquisition, attribution, analytics, and performance measurement
What the job involves
- As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, PPC at Clarius, you will own paid acquisition and conversion optimization across the customer journey, driving pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to translate business objectives into scalable, high-performing growth programs
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels
- Own budget allocation, channel mix, audience strategy, and performance targets
- Lead campaign planning, messaging, audience segmentation, and creative development
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing programs across audiences, creative, offers, and campaign structures
- Own landing page strategy and conversion performance across paid channels
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Partner with web and design teams to improve user experience and lead conversion
- Manage attribution, tracking, tagging, and analytics infrastructure
- Monitor and report on key metrics including CPL, CPQL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to drive integrated growth initiatives
Our take
The big issue with handheld ultrasound isn't the device - it's reading the images. These tools are now portable and affordable enough for everyday use, but interpreting blurry, grayscale scans (especially of complex organs like the heart) still requires specialist training. So that leaves many primary care doctors relying on referrals, which can slow down diagnosis for common but serious issues.
Clarius Mobile Health builds handheld ultrasound devices paired with AI software to tackle this issue and interpret scans in real time. Its T-Mode feature splits the screen to show both the standard image and a color-coded, labeled version, making anatomy much easier to understand. Clarius has expanded this across multiple use cases and developed 16 AI models (6 FDA-cleared), with its devices used for nearly 7M scans worldwide.
This is obviously a huge deal, the company unsurprisingly reached profitability in 2025 and reported around 20% growth, while expanding to more than 70 countries. Its focus on making ultrasound easier to use (not just more portable) puts it in a very good position for the future. If this kind of adoption continues, it could help turn ultrasound into a routine tool in everyday primary care.
