- Strong grasp of funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, velocity, ROI) and attribution models
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams on account targeting and outbound alignment
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent campaigns against competing timelines
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable campaign optimizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort presenting results to leadership

- Familiarity with intent data, predictive scoring, or AI-driven personalization tools is an asset
- Background in paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Capterra, Reddit etc) or content syndication vendors is an asset
- Questioning your qualifications? Read this ‼️ Hi there, we recognize that all too often, potential candidates don’t apply for a position simply because they don’t hit every single criteria included in the job description—particularly members of underrepresented groups
- Whether or not your experience ✅ checks off all the boxes on a job posting, we still encourage you to apply to ensure that your application receives a review from our team. We understand that a resume can only showcase so much during the applicant stage, so we've created prompts in the application for you to share more about yourself. If you've made a career transition (or a few!), you’re self taught in a new role, or you have skills/experience you’d like to highlight, we want to hear more about what you could bring to the table
What the job involves
- Loopio is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own campaign strategy across two connected motions: precision-targeted account-based programs for our most strategic accounts, and broader pipeline-generating campaigns across the funnel
- In this role, you'll take campaigns from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization, working closely with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, and Content along the way
- You'll be equally comfortable building a personalized 1:1 program for a single enterprise account and running an integrated, multi-channel campaign designed to fill the top of funnel
- This is a role for someone who thinks in both precision and scale, and who's energized by owning outcomes end to end
- Design and execute ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) targeting named strategic and enterprise accounts
- Partner with Sales and Account Executives to build account plans, map buying committees, and personalize messaging by persona and account
- Coordinate multi-channel ABM plays, including personalized advertising, direct mail, executive events, 1:1 outreach, and LinkedIn/social, in partnership with our Ad Agency
- Own email marketing strategy end to end, including lead scoring, segmentation, nurture streams, and lifecycle reporting
- Plan and launch integrated demand gen campaigns across paid, email, webinars, content syndication, and organic channels to drive qualified leads, sales-ready opportunities, and pipeline growth
- Manage campaign frameworks including personas, buyer journeys, offers, and conversion paths
- Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and lead magnets to improve conversion rates
- Partner with Sales to align on ICP, lead qualification criteria, handoffs, and feedback loops that improve conversion rate and velocity
- Collaborate with Content, Sales, and subject matter experts to create assets supporting awareness, consideration, and decision stages
- Continuously test and optimize channel mix, messaging, and campaign structure based on performance data
- Manage and analyze campaign and funnel performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Own and report on core demand metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and ROI
