What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) at Temedica, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and shipping impactful products for our patients
- You’ll drive the team’s momentum, ensuring that every release is high-quality and delivers a great experience for our patients
- You’ll take ownership of problem and scope definition, breaking down complex, interconnected challenges into clear, actionable opportunities
- You’ll encourage the team to think big while starting small—so that learning and iteration happen quickly
- With a strong focus on outcomes, you’ll help the team measure impact, learn from what’s been delivered, and use those insights to shape what comes next
- Data will be a key tool in your work: you’ll collaborate closely with analysts, run experiments, and guide the team in making evidence-based decisions
- Communication is another big part of this role
- You’ll synthesize research and insights, tailoring your message to different audiences—whether it’s your immediate team, leadership, or external stakeholders
- You’ll also be the one keeping people informed on big, sometimes divisive projects, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organisation
- As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll also lead multiple larger initiatives—sometimes with external clients or complex internal stakeholders—navigating scope changes, shifting timelines, or tough conversations while still steering projects toward successful outcomes
- Most importantly, you’ll help your peers and team make efficient, confident decisions that move the product forward
