- We’re looking for someone who thrives in both the left-brained world of precision and deadlines and the right-brained world of storytelling and visual creativity
- Strong organizational skills are key in this role, as you'll help manage a growing library of content and ensure assets stay accurate and up to date
- This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who loves turning ideas into polished, high-impact deliverables that help our Sales and Marketing teams drive pipeline and revenue
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
- Proficiency in Google Slides and basic design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proficiency in Asana or other project management tools
- Familiarity with Highspot a bonus but not required
- Strong written communication skills; ability to tailor content for professional audiences
- Experience supporting enterprise B2B marketing or sales teams a plus
- Familiarity with employer health benefits or digital health is a bonus but not required
What the job involves
- Hello Heart is seeking a highly motivated and creatively driven Marketing Associate to support our Enterprise Marketing team
- Reporting to the (Senior) Director, Enterprise Marketing, this associate-level role blends strong visual design skills—especially in Google Slides—with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to B2B audiences
- Design sales & marketing materials: Create clean, on-brand slides and collateral that support Sales and Marketing efforts. Maintain and update our library of presentations and templates. You are equally comfortable designing a slide deck and writing a pithy headline
- Craft content: Write and refine short-form B2B content like invites, ads, and one-pagers—aligned with our brand voice and tone. Yo u can translate stakeholder ideas and concepts into visually compelling and engaging slides and content. You have a strong attention to detail and love turning rough outlines into polished, professional work
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Brand teams to ensure assets meet real-time needs and messaging stays consistent
- Manage assets: Keep our content library organized and current in Google Drive and Highspot. Ensure teams can easily access the latest materials
- Stay organized & on track: Prioritize requests, manage timelines, and iterate on deliverables based on feedback to ensure high-quality, timely execution. You excel at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Hello Heart is a medical tech company that helps its users achieve lifestyle changes that will reduce their risk of heart disease, using artificial intelligence, behavioral science, a digital coaching app and connected monitoring tools to achieve this
Hello Heart is offered as a service to individuals via its app and to employers and health insurance who can offer it as a perk to their employees or customers. While other solutions exist, such as a plethora of health-related, gamified apps and coaching services, Hello Heart is somewhat unique with its membership of the American Heart Association's Innovator's Network, giving its solution a great deal of credibility compared to its rivals. Indeed, Hello Heart drives down health care costs by almost $2,000 a year per user, which has led to it being offered as a perk by companies such as Delta Airlines and Northwestern Mutual.
The company has raised a significant amount of funding, most recently in 2022 which saw it closing a Series D round. It is currently focusing on R&D efforts to improve the AI underpinning its technology, allowing it to add new and more thorough health tracking and coaching capabilities.
