• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to support Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) teams and manage operational activities, particularly focusing on cybersecurity projects, attention to detail, and relationship management
• Operational Oversight:
• Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
• Cybersecurity Project Management:
• Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements and priorities
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project risks
• Cyber Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the cybersecurity domain
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing any issues or concerns promptly

• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and support
• Performance Monitoring:
