Who you are
- 2+ years of professional experience, including experience in SaaS implementation or consulting, with proven leadership in complex client engagements
- Strong track record of high-stakes project management with executive stakeholders
- Expertise in digital marketing/MarTech ecosystems (e.g., ESPs, commerce platforms, tag managers)
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills

What the job involves
- As an Implementation Manager, you will lead the successful onboarding, expansion, and strategic integration of Wunderkind's solutions for our clients
- Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with executive client stakeholders to deliver tailored implementation strategies that drive measurable value
- With deep expertise in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and marketing technology, you will elevate the client experience while advancing internal processes
- Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained success
- Manage strategic projects for existing clients, such as product expansions, re-integrations, and custom initiatives
- Develop a deep knowledge base of your clients' technical setups, business needs, and performance preferences to serve as a strategic advisor over the long term
- Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders in marketing, technology, and design
- Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact, collaborating across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for diverse audiences
- Oversee cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and QA to deliver on-time and within scope
- Proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers to achieve successful outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and contribute insights to new
