Lead Product Designer, Decentriq

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS software product design, of which ideally some in a Martech/Adtech SaaS product
• You know the ins and outs of Figma and can make developer-friendly, production-quality mockups
• You can plan and run user tests from start to finish to validate our understanding of our users
• Affinity for (ideally: working experience with) data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• You’re excited by our product vision and passionate about the work you’d be doing
• You’re not scared of hard problems. On the contrary, you welcome the challenge of becoming immersed in a complicated domain, where the problems you’ll be solving really matter
• You are a doer. You have a humble attitude, a proactive approach, an eagerness to help your colleagues, and a desire to do whatever it takes to make the team succeed

Desirable

• Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, Business and Marketing teams to plan, design/prototype and execute new product concepts and improve on the existing platform
• Identify user needs and translate product requirements into storyboards, user journeys, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
• Develop a product design strategy to ensure the platform design is future-proof
• Help guide the end-to-end design process for the lifecycle of products and features, from user research to conceptualization, to launch, to product iteration
