- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, with a focus on hiring and team performance
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices

- We are embarking on an exciting venture within our product line, focused on AI-powered services. To lead this initiative, we're assembling a specialized team to develop and maintain these cutting-edge solutions
- We’re seeking an experienced AI Team Lead (Python) who will collaborate with experts to design and build these services from the ground up. In the next phase, this leader will assemble and manage a new team to further enhance and scale the AI capabilities
- Join us to develop cutting-edge AI services and significantly impact the evolution of our product
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Python service architectures
- Implement new features leveraging AI functionality
- Ensure technical quality and monitor production services for performance and stability
- Contribute to and maintain the technical roadmap
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts for seamless integration and operation of services
