- 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, management consulting, or a related field, with a focus on buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees / classifications such as an MBA or CFA are advantageous
- Proficient in financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Highly experienced in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently with little oversight while taking initiative and launching proactive ideas

What the job involves
- Redaptive is seeking an individual to collaborate closely with our senior executives in managing the day-to-day process in capital formation efforts, investor relations, and identifying and assessing strategic opportunities for inorganic growth
- Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, in this role you will contribute to all phases of M&A, investor relations, equity fund raising and debt structuring processes, from initial due diligence and financial analysis to deal structuring, negotiation, and post-transaction integration
- Equity Capitalization – Contribute to all aspects of an equity raise, such as an IPO or private equity raise process, including:
- Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation analyses, and other ad-hoc analytical work, to assist in positioning an investment in Redaptive to prospective investors
- Marketing Materials: Prepare confidential information presentations, teasers, management presentations, and other ad-hoc positioning documents to best highlight the attractiveness of an investment in Redaptive to prospective investors
- Deal Process Management: Assist in managing the deal process, coordinating with investment bankers, legal, tax, and other advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of transactions
- Investor Management: Coordinate outreach to prospective investors, including the managing of due diligence requests, direction of management meetings, and organization of functional calls / meetings where requested
- Deal Execution: Assist in deal structuring and negotiations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- M&A – Contribute to all aspects of buyside and sell side M&A processes, including:
- Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis, to evaluate potential acquisition targets, divestitures, and other strategic transactions
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, assessing their financial health, operations, market position, regulatory compliance, and other relevant factors to identify opportunities and risks
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights and support in identifying potential M&A opportunities for the company
- Transaction Support: Assist in managing the deal process, coordinating with investment bankers, legal, tax, and other advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of transactions
- Post-Transaction Integration: Lead integration efforts to facilitate the smooth incorporation of acquired companies, supporting strategic planning and synergy realization
- Investor Relations – Assist with investor relations activities, including:
- Investor Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the company and its private equity investors, supporting regular communication and updates
- Investor Reporting: Contribute to board decks and financial summaries in coordination with the broader finance team
- Data Room Management: Assist in managing investor data rooms and ensuring all materials are current, organized, and compliant
- Meeting Coordination: Support, and attend, ad-hoc investor meetings, including agenda setting and follow-ups
- Inquiry Response: Help respond to investor inquiries and information requests timely and accurately
- Database Management: Maintain investor contact databases and manage communication workflows
- Internal Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including senior management and the Board of Directors, to communicate deal progress, strategic recommendations and company performance
- Debt Structuring: Work with the organization’s Strategic Finance function to provide support with debt structuring and process assistance, including financial modelling, financial analysis, due diligence, and positioning materials
