Role
Who you are
- 4+ years experience as a product manager with consumer-facing product development
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, or data-driven insights to enhance product functionality, improve decision-making, or personalize user experiences
- Demonstrated track record of applying best practices & generating/testing hypotheses through experimentation to improve user experience and conversion
- Experience developing product roadmaps, with a strong prioritization framework
- User-centered, empathetic, and have an intuitive understanding of what makes a good user experience
- Strategic and analytical thinker who can not just drive, but also define, measures of success/KPIs
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence people at all levels across functions
- Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to varying audiences
What the job involves
- We are looking for like-minded people eager to join our team and help architect the future of life science commercialization through our enterprise SaaS products
- We are a small but mighty team of around 40 (for now!) internationally-based colleagues
- In this role, you will be responsible for advancing Ostro’s engagement product. We are at an exciting stage of growth and looking for someone who can lead the build out of key capabilities within the product
- You will immerse yourself in the problems that life sciences brands face in engaging with consumers & healthcare providers (HCPs), and develop digital solutions to bridge the gap
- You will help shape Ostro’s product roadmap, incorporating industry trends & competitive landscape, business strategy, and experimentation
- You will be tasked with driving user and customer research; refining key personas & pain points, synthesizing market research and aligning with customer pain points
- You will partner with business stakeholders in translating user needs into product requirements and work with engineering, design, and analytics teams to build, launch, and iterate on features
Our take
Hoping to make healthcare work better for more people, Ostro provides an engagement platform to connect healthcare brands and their treatments and devices to consumers and healthcare provider (HCPs).
For consumers and HCPs, Ostro supplies its "Navigate" tool, that enables them to access information about treatment and support options on the market, and ultimately find the right product to purchase or invest in. If a person requires a deeper experience, Ostro Consult connects them to an experienced clinician to answer their specific questions via a HIPAA-compliant video or chat experience.
For healthcare brands, Ostro's "Attribute" product can be used to gather powerful engagement metrics and insights, to inform decision making and optimize marketing spend. All these tools combine to make Ostro a great option for brands, HCPs, and consumers alike. With significant funding at its back, it will be certainly be interesting to see what direction the company takes next.
