Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role (internships or previous work experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus
What the job involves
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Content Management: Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches. Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management
- Project Management: Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Market Research: Conduct research to support marketing strategies and identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with company goals
- Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, including CRM systems, mailing lists, and customer contact information
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics to evaluate success and suggest improvements
