Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in office management and/or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills: You should be able to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude: You are a team player with a solution-oriented approach
- Hands-on mentality: You are proactive in taking responsibility for a variety of tasks
- Attention to detail
- Proficient (native or equivalent) communication skills in German, very good English (written and spoken)

What the job involves
- Lead the onboarding and offboarding experience for new and departing employees — making sure every transition is seamless
- Support HR topics such as employment contracts and personnel administration
- Prepare our monthly payroll together with our accountant — managing working hours, absences, and reports with accuracy and care
- Act as the go-to person for all administrative and HR-related questions
- Collaborate with our accountant to ensure invoices and financial documents are processed correctly and on time
- Bring people together by organizing regular team events and initiatives that make work more meaningful and fun
- Contribute to a positive, people-first culture where collaboration and appreciation thrive
