Role
Who you are
- SentinelOne is looking for a results-driven Senior Commercial Sales Representative to cover the UK&I region
- You’ll need at least 3 years of success closing new business with commercial customers (up to 1,500 employees), a hunter mindset, and the drive to consistently exceed targets
- You’re someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and winning new logos
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the UK&I market and customer landscape
- 3+ years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving territory growth
- Experience selling into the commercial segment (50–1,500 employees)
- Experience working with or through channel partners is strongly preferred
- Cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage, but not essential
- Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, from inbound qualification to executive-level negotiations
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a competitive edge and high level of self-motivation
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
What the job involves
- You’ll be responsible for generating revenue from commercial accounts across the UK&I
- This includes managing the full sales cycle, building pipeline, and working closely with both direct customers and our channel partners
- Own and execute a full-cycle sales process — from prospecting to closing — with decision-makers at mid-sized organizations
- Collaborate closely with channel partners, field sales, and internal stakeholders to maximize territory potential
- Grow and manage a healthy pipeline by leveraging a variety of lead sources and outbound strategies
- Develop deep product and market expertise to clearly articulate the value of SentinelOne’s solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and our competitive landscape to sharpen your consultative selling approach
- Consistently hit and exceed your revenue targets with precision forecasting and pipeline management
- Provide timely and accurate weekly forecasts and sales insights to leadership
- Attend our Amsterdam office 3 times per week

Our take
Cybercriminals are now leveraging the power of automation to make the current threat landscape too advanced for a lot of traditional antivirus software. SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.
The company has expanded beyond endpoint security into a broader AI-powered cybersecurity platform spanning endpoint, cloud, identity, and IT operations. This gives SentinelOne access to a larger enterprise market, although it also it also places the company in direct competitions with established cybersecurity leaders, including its biggest rival, CrowdStrike.
As cyberattacks become increasingly automated, the company is expanding its capabilities beyond detection to include AI-driven threat response, helping security teams contain attacks more quickly.
