Staff Software Engineer, Atlas HXM

• We’re looking for an experienced engineer who is comfortable working with autonomy, navigating ambiguity, and influencing outcomes through clear thinking and collaboration
• Strong experience building and maintaining production software
• Experience designing and delivering complex systems or features end to end
• Solid background in modern web application development
• Experience with TypeScript and React, or similar modern frontend technologies
• Backend experience with Node.js and/or .NET (C#)
• Experience working in a cloud environment (Azure preferred, but not required)
• Familiarity with API design, data modelling, and system boundaries
• Clear communication skills and a thoughtful, collaborative approach
• We don’t expect deep expertise in every area. Strength in some areas and working knowledge in others is absolutely fine
• Experience with infrastructure as code, performance optimisation, or AI-enabled features is a plus, but not required
• Exposure to regulated, security-conscious, or enterprise systems
• We value good judgment, pragmatic engineering, and collaboration over exhaustive checklists. If this role sounds broadly aligned with your experience, we’d be happy to hear from you—even if you don’t meet every requirement
