Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or another enterprise or technical space
- A track record of planning and running digital campaigns that generated measurable impact
- Hands-on experience growing corporate LinkedIn and Twitter accounts
- Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, content optimization, and the on-page basics
- Comfort with a modern marketing stack. We use HubSpot; experience with it or a close equivalent and web analytics
- Demonstrated experience owning positioning and messaging for a company or product line
- A strong writer who can turn technical or commercial topics into clear, plain-English narratives
- Experience building sales enablement materials and working closely with a sales team
- A data habit: you check the numbers before you decide, and you can explain them to leadership
- A self-starter comfortable without a large team behind them, with design and sales as partners
- BONUS: Experience in metals and mining, commodities, or supply chain industries
What the job involves
- We're hiring a Marketing Lead to own and evolve MineHub's marketing function as we sharpen our market positioning and scale our commercial motion. This is a hands-on, individually-contributing role for someone who can both set marketing strategy and execute it, from refining how we tell our story, to building the assets our sales team relies on every day, to getting MineHub in front of the right audiences at industry events
- You will work closely with sales for customer and market input, and with design for visual execution. You'll be the one driving the marketing agenda day to day, including the grassroots, on-the-ground activities that build our presence in the metals and mining community
- Campaign strategy: Plan and run multichannel campaigns that connect social, content, email, landing pages, and events around a single message and a clear conversion goal
- Social media: Own MineHub's presence on LinkedIn and X. Build a posting cadence, grow engaged followings, and run paid campaigns where they earn their cost
- SEO: Own our organic search strategy. Do the keyword research, shape content around it, fix on-page basics with design and web, and grow qualified organic traffic quarter over quarter
- Landing pages and conversion: Create landing pages for campaigns, events, and content, each with a clear goal and a measured conversion rate. Test and improve them over time
- Email campaigns: Build email programs in HubSpot that move leads from first touch to sales-ready, including follow-up for event and content leads
- Webinars: Plan and run webinars with our experts and customers, from topic and promotion through to follow-up that feeds the funnel
- Positioning and messaging: Refine MineHub's market positioning with sales and leadership, and make sure that story shows up consistently everywhere we speak
- Website: Partner with our Head of Design on the ongoing evolution of minehub.com so it reflects our positioning and converts visitors
- Product marketing: Build and maintain buyer personas, support product launches with clear messaging, and keep our competitive positioning current
- Customer stories: Turn customer wins into case studies and stories, working with sales and customer success, and use them across campaigns, the website, and sales materials
- Thought leadership: Develop a pipeline of articles, whitepapers, and commentary, and distribute it across the channels where our buyers actually are
- Sales enablement: Build and maintain a current, well-organized library of presentations, one-pagers, and collateral, all on message
- Speaking and events: Identify the right industry conferences and speaking slots, prepare our spokespeople, and make sure every event feeds the funnel with follow-up campaigns
- Community: Drive the grassroots activities, industry relationships, and on-the-ground presence that build MineHub's credibility in the commodities market
- OKRs: Deliver against quarterly OKRs set with leadership
- Analytics and reporting: Own the marketing dashboard. Track KPIs like traffic, engagement, conversion, and pipeline influenced in HubSpot and our analytics tools, and report monthly on what worked, what did not, and what changes next

- MineHub's positioning is clear, consistent, and reflected across the website, sales materials, and public-facing content
- Sales has a well-organized, current library of presentations and collateral to draw on
- A steady cadence of thought leadership content is published and distributed
- MineHub has a visible presence at relevant industry events, with well-prepared speakers
- Growing grassroots engagement and brand recognition within the metals and mining community

MineHub is bringing the digitization of supply chains, that had been sweeping across sectors, to the as-yet-underserved metals and mining industry. MineHub's 2023 acquisition of Waybridge, another big name in the field, has cemented it as a leader in the space. In 2025, a warrant incentive programme was funded to accelerate strategic and commercial projects. On top of this, it continues its expansion through contracts with global mining companies and has launched predictive AI-powered shipment tracking to make its platform more precise.
